After joining Xerox Corporation in September 1989, the role rapidly expanded from an entry-level position to overseeing a major software initiative that had a lasting impact on the company’s approach to customer tracking and data management. By designing and implementing a custom software system, this leader was instrumental in advancing operational efficiency, enabling more accessible data, and establishing new benchmarks for how Xerox used innovative technology to better understand and serve its customers.
